Meet Ana
Founder of Asilo | Coach | Community-builder | Facilitator of meaningful spaces and community spirit
I built Asilo after living through loss, reinvention, and the quiet unravelling that often comes with major life transitions. My background spans early childhood education, experiential learning, and community work, particularly with children with special rights and families seeking more human-centred ways of living and learning. After Covid reshaped my life entirely, I began rebuilding from the ground up as a single mother of two teenagers. That season taught me something I now carry into my work: everything is borrowed, and presence matters. Asilo is an extension of that truth. I work with women who are navigating change; not to “fix” them, but to help them reconnect to their inner steadiness, creativity, and sense of agency.
