Fitz shifted from a high-pressure corporate career to a life dedicated to healing, growth and purpose after overcoming lymphoma through holistic practices and mindset work. She is the creator of the Reality Shift Method™, a mind-body framework that helps people release limiting patterns, deepen self-awareness, and live in alignment with their fullest potential. Through her deep work, Fitz guides others to transform from the inside out with clarity, resilience and confidence.

Through the experiential Play Revival and Inner Child work, Ana helps women break old patterns, reconnect with what lights them up, and step into their purpose with courage and ease.
Bettina has been traveling the world for over 8 years, learning from different cultures and working with healers from many parts of the world. Her journey started with energy healing, such as Reiki and Quantum Healing, which helped her understand the connection between body, mind, and energy.
A few years ago, Bettina discovered breathwork and experienced deep healing and personal transformation through this practice. Feeling called to share this work, she completed a 240-hour Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator Training and later a Pranayama TTC.
Today, Bettina combines these practices intuitively and create sessions that are adapted to each person’s individual needs. Wherever she travels, new opportunities for connection, teaching, and collaboration naturally arise.
Bettina joins the Re: HER Retreat to take us on a Breathwork journey.
Somehow life has brought Romy on a very interesting journey to which she found herself bridging the gap between Eastern philosophy and Western Science. She has a Masters Degree in Neurobiology and 500 hours of Yoga Alliance Certified training on her name and joined multiple Ashtanga intensives with internationally recognised teachers.
Romy spent most of her education in India, travelling towards the source to gain more knowledge of the yogic path. It is an ongoing journey, which she loves sharing with her global community. The practice is a deepening of the connection to ourselves and an intense journey into the body
and mind.
With restorative Yin or energising Ashtanga, she can create space and movement into our bodies, thereby making room for healing and positive energy. It ́s time to step out of our routines and pave a path that leads to greater health, joy and happiness in our lives.
Romy will take us on a yin yoga experience during the Re: HER retreat.
We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which we gather, and we pay our respects to their Elders past, present, and emerging. We honour their enduring cultures, stories, and connection to land and waters. We commit to walking with respect, humility, and understanding.

When we rise, we rise together. Here, your experience becomes part of something bigger.
